How does our understanding of patterns inform our actions?
Around the room — one word or one sentence each.
Linear: find the single cause
Pattern: read the conditions
Shift a condition, watch the pattern move
Judgment → curiosity
Assumptions → questions
Defensiveness → self-reflection
Examine your group's data snapshot.
Describe the pattern: similarities, differences, connections.
Write three real questions to understand it — no diagnoses, no fixes.
Toolkit: revisit the Simple Rules (inquiry; true & useful; zoom).
Post two inquiry questions about your AAE #1 pattern and what each might reveal.
Advance AAE #1 into the So What? section using pattern logic.
Before leaving: each person names one next wise action.
